What ProPlaintiff.ai publishes

ProPlaintiff.ai drafts demand letters in 9 to 12 minutes with attorney review layered on top, and it carries one of the few visible ratings on this page: 4.9 out of 5 across 17 G2 reviews. Pricing is the gap. The site describes 2 different mechanisms, a per-seat subscription and usage-style language, and never reconciles them into a number you could put in a budget.

Of the 11 tools above, 4 publish an indicative cost. Across all 278 vendors profiled in the Content Hub, 52 do. Every claim was captured on 13 August 2026 from the vendor's own site; nothing here is a Medrecords AI rating of another vendor.

4 questions that decide this, and one that does not

Feature lists in this market converge within a quarter. What separates these tools is commercial and procedural, and most of it is visible before you take a call.

  • Who signsSome tools produce a draft your own reviewer signs off. Others include reviewers of their own. Neither is better; they are different liabilities and different price points.
  • What the meter countsPer page, per file, per user, per credit or per year. A seat licence and a per-page rate diverge fast once 1 file gets large.
  • Whether output is checkableA summary you cannot trace back to a page is a summary you have to re-read the file to trust. Ask what a citation points at.
  • Where the records goWhose cloud, whose BAA, whose keys. This is the question procurement asks and the 1 vendor sites answer least often.
  • Not: the modelWhich foundation model sits underneath changes quarterly and tells you nothing about whether the output holds up on a file like yours.

Where Medrecords AI fits, and where it does not

The row above is ours, held to the same 8 questions. So is this.

What it does

Reads the file you already have: PDFs, scans, handwriting, the DICOM imaging rather than only the radiologist's report. Removes duplicates, flags wrong-patient pages, builds the chronology, and links every line back to the page it came from.

What it costs

10 cents a page on Self-Service, duplicates free, no seat licence and no subscription. Enterprise On-Prem is an annual licence. Both are listed on the pricing page, in numbers, without a call.

What it will not do

It does not retrieve records from providers, sign an opinion, score a case, or decide a claim. It drafts and cites; you review, you revise, you sign. Any vendor promising otherwise is describing a liability, not a feature.

ProPlaintiff.ai alternatives: common questions

EvenUp, Supio and Eve draft demands for the same plaintiff audience, all quote-based. LawPro.ai and CaseMark AI are the lighter drafting tools. For the record-review step priced in public, Medilenz lists 10 cents a page with physician QA, and Medrecords AI lists 10 cents a page with duplicates free and a citation on every line.

No rate. The site describes a per-seat subscription in its FAQ and usage-style pricing elsewhere, and the 2 are never reconciled into a dollar figure. Of the 9 alternatives on this page, 3 publish a number you can act on.

ProPlaintiff.ai publishes roughly 9 to 12 minutes for a demand letter draft, one of the few concrete speed claims in this segment. What it does not publish is turnaround for a full record review, so compare like for like when a service vendor quotes days.

On reading records, yes. Medrecords AI builds the chronology and cites every line back to the page it came from; your reviewer decides what the case is worth. It does not draft the demand or take a position on value. If the demand letter is the product you are buying, ProPlaintiff.ai is closer to that job.

Each row is read out of that vendor's Content Hub profile, which records what the vendor published on its own site at the capture date. Where a row says "not published", that is a finding, not an omission: we looked and the vendor does not state it. Follow any vendor name to see the full profile.

How this list was built

Medrecords AI wrote this page and sells 1 of the tools in the table, so it is a party to the comparison, not a neutral judge. These are the rules it follows, so you can check the work.

  1. Which tools are listed: 9 vendors picked by hand from our Content Hub as the ones a buyer most often weighs against ProPlaintiff.ai: the same kind of work for the same kind of buyer.
  2. What each row shows: what the vendor publishes about itself, read from its own pages on the date listed under Sources. “Not published” means we searched the vendor’s site and found no figure; we do not estimate one.
  3. The table order is not a ranking, and no row is a score. We have not run the same records through any of these tools, so this page makes no accuracy claim about any of them.
  4. The Medrecords AI row comes from our public pricing page and product pages, held to the same fields as everyone else.

Vendor facts on this page were last read on 14 Sep 2026. If a figure about ProPlaintiff.ai or any other vendor is out of date or wrong, email aj@medrecords.ai with the page that shows it and the row gets corrected. Our editorial policy covers how every comparison on this site is made.
